The 3-Day Challenge

We love to start challenges.  They motivate and inspire us to eat better, train, do cardio…quit smoking!?! But, we never seem to be able to get past the third day!  Something inevitably comes up and the next thing we know, two weeks have past and we wonder why we ever bought that damn gym membership.

Well, now I have a challenge.  The next time you accept a challenge, make it a 3-day challenge and revel in your success when you crush it!
